From a template site to a platform the team can run.

A full reimagining of a nonprofit's site as a page-builder CMS the team can edit themselves, with programs, events and contact wired to a back office — built to show what the modernized version could be.

What we built

The build

Every page composed from reusable blocks in a visual page builder, restyled through named design tokens rather than raw CSS.
Program and event pages with a booking prototype, a contact form that lands in a triage view, and a newsletter capture.
Click-to-edit on the live prototype for the people who write the words.

Design. Warm, legible, photograph-led; large type and generous spacing for a community audience.

This study is a prototype, not a live client site. It taught us to keep customer data out of the CMS entirely — a rule every build now follows.
